Is the Jagex Launcher down? Population numbers on home page look good, but I can't get on

Exactly as the title says. Mobile app seems to work no problem, but can't log in through the Jagex launcher on either of my devices atm.

Temp Fix (?)

Not sure why but I can get through the launcher with a VPN active. After getting to the login screen, you can turn off the VPN to make sure your ping isn't garbage. Used the same trick on a Spirit flight.
