Upgrade Rule?

Did not realize so many ATT employees were on this sub. Have to take advantage of that..

I had read that you need to wait until at least 90 days as a new customer before you can upgrade? I joined ATT in July and brought our own phones.

Also ATT runs credit to finance the phones right?
