Isabelle’s Announcement

So Isabelle made an announcement this morning and she mentioned registering for something somewhere but I missed what she was talking about. I tried talking to her in town hall to see if there was an option for her to repeat it but there wasn’t. I just built the tent setup but haven’t had any potential villagers come. Isabelle is also pretty new too. Not sure if that could be prompting anything? Anybody know what it could be? TIA!
