3 months 2mg how common?

Getting super tired of reading all these people with amazing results on the same time line as me. I'm on 2mg oral estradiol and 100mg spiro (upped from 50mg at the first month). Endo is waiting until the 3 month mark 3 more weeks to go) before testing E levels. Is this a typical starting plan or am I getting a raw deal here? Trying to stay patient but it's hard when reading others reports.

Edit: just a few hours after posting this the nipples started really getting sore and it feels like good things are happening. I just needed to complain a little to kickstart it 😆
