I am taking the certificate class this weekend and I wanted to learn more about what I should expect for this process.

1. How long after I submit all my info can I expect to hear back?
2. How much money were you awarded? what was your income/savings like? How did this affect your award amount?
3. What was the final price of the house/condo/coop you used the grant on? Does this affect the award amount in any way?
4. Does the location affect the award amount in any way?
5. Does the property being a condo vs a coop affect the award amount?
6. The properties need to be approved before getting the grant. What is this process like? How long did it take?
7. Any other helpful tips?
