Does having troops of different cultures have any real negative effects?

I’ve played Bannerlord on and off for a while, but this is my first real play through. I’m a vassal of vlandia, but apart from the banner nights I’m not really a fan of the troops. The banner knights are great, but the crossbowmen run out of bolts too fast, and the voulgier and sergeant just don’t do much for me.
