Anyone else having issues ordering from dubiaroaches.com?

Hi everyone! Just like the title says, I'm trying to order my dragon bugs through dubiaroaches.com, but for some reason the site just... won't let me order anything?? I have an account and I double checked that I'm logged in, and I have two items in my cart, but when I went to add a third item the site is suddenly refusing to add anything to my cart, saying "please try again in a few minutes", and when I try to just check out the items I have it says "too many attempts, try again later." This has been happening for over an hour, and waiting doesn't seem to help. Do I need to wait longer? Am I doing it wrong?? Bugs where I live are expensive so I just wanted to order some online 😭 has anyone else experienced this?
