Chalazion surgery, eyelid still raised day after, is this normal?

Lower lid chalazion/granuloma removal. Was causing my lid to be raised from the normal eyelid line.

Had surgery, and although the bump is reduced, there's still a noticeable bump in my eyelid line.

Will this decrease or has the surgery been unsuccessful?
