Whats been the biggest help for your healing post breakup?

Edit: Thanks for all of your input. I'm almost 3 months post breakup and mentally feel so much stronger than I did 2 months ago. I was curious if there was anything I missed in my healing that would be the final push but feel as though I've been doing all the right things and am proud of how far I've come in 3 months 🙏
