Tech problem at the experimental exam

Hi everyone, I failed to access the experimental exam due to a tech problem - cannot be connected on ProctorU (specifically I cannot type in the box to reply, then they left the dialogue). I wrote email to the experimental exam, but haven’t got any feedback. Any one knows about how to solve the problem? Thanks a million!
