What happened to Ash vs Evil Dead animated show as season 4?

I recently finished the entire Evil Dead franchise. And I've been wondering whatever happened to season 4 of Ash vs Evil Dead and I've heard that they're making an animated season 4. What happened to it? Are they still working on it?
