Crashing when using workshop mode

Gday friends,

I recently purchased Fo4 from the Ms store on gamepass and found that I really liked it, so when my gamepass subscription ran out I found I didn’t need to renew cause all I played was fallout, so I purchased it from steam, anyway, I transferred my save files over to the steam version and uninstalled the ms store version, but when I play now, everything seems to run fine, but then when I enter workshop mode and try to place something, the second I press E the game just completely crashes and returns to desktop, I did have a few mods (solar panel mod, clean and simple sanctuary + the castle, everyone’s best friend and Xmas lights)

I’ve tried uninstalling all mods and still no luck, it doesn’t seem to happen on a new game so I believe it might be a save file issue

Has anyone perhaps got a solution for me?
