RSA questions

Does coverage planner provide you with a route number of the route you’re covering? Every week I’m either support or covering a route with multiple different people but I have no idea how I’m supposed to know what route number, warehouse, or start time they generally get after it. Every day I’ve had to text my DSL for this information and I believe they’re getting irritated, but again, how else am I supposed to know this information if not provided ?
