Small Theory about Lysistrata

So, when reading TBOSAS, I noticed that Lysistrata was far more sympathetic to the tributes than the other mentors were (excluding Sejanus).

This sympathy for the Districts from a Capitol citizen reminded me of another, similar character from the original Trilogy: Cinna.

I always wondered how Cinna came to be the way he was; The Capitol is filled with so much propaganda that most citizens don’t think about the lives of District people at all.

So, what if Lysistrata is Cinna’s grandmother, and she raised her child (Cinna’s parent) to be more sympathetic towards the Districts?
