Can someone please explain “airline procedures” to me?

I followed the full IFR -> ILS landing flight plan provided to me by the game. No edits at all to the flight path. I even make sure to choose the correct ILS transition given to me by ATC once I reached my “vectors” transition. Responded to every ATC call immediately, followed taxi paths perfectly…. What could I have possibly done differently to not get a 63% here??
