Cant improve in CFB25 whatsoever

I have 50+ Hours in the game now and I can’t seem to improve what so ever. I watched a ton of tutorials, played 10+ Road to CFP and still get my ass handed to me all the time. My defense always leaves a wr without cover and I throw a INT on every second throw.

Am I just that fucking bad or is there any way to improve I haven’t found yet?

I just wanna win a single game for the Upset trophy….
