Free roam
How do yall keep your rattos contained during free roam?? I'm losing my mind here. My girls are 14 months old but not even close to settling down so whenever they're out to free roam, if I pen them, they literally leap onto the top then bail to explore the 'forbidden shelving'.
While I appreciate and admire their agility, I also have 2 cats and two dogs so my sanity requires them to be somewhat contained (happy to cut off half the room for them, I just need to know they'll still be in). I have 6 girls, only 5 are jumpers, one is blind so she just poddles around.
They're avid chewers of fabric (and my carpet but oh well) and the pen I have is 45cm high and they can still get over with ease so I'm 🤷🏻♀️
Any links or recommendations would be amazing, I'm UK based if that helps.
