Is TST doing anything for trans rights?

Just found out about the EO that was put in place today https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/protecting-children-from-chemical-and-surgical-mutilation/ and as an 18 year old trans person on Medicaid, I kind of feel fucked here. I'm poor and would have no other way to pay for my Healthcare, especially my top surgery which is scheduled for June. And from my understanding, this EO takes effect before then. I live in michigan, and they have some LGBTQ+ protections but no laws stating gender affirming care is a right like other states do. Im nervous, and have my fingers crossed that it gets fought in the courts so I can get the care I need, especially since I'm 18 and legally an adult but according to the EO "children" is defined as anyone under 19. I'm kinda flipping my shit rn and TST is like one of the only organizations I see fighting for healthcare protections on a relatively large scale.
