Stormtrooper retirement

So, did Stormtroopers had some kind retirement plan ? Something like Rome legionnaires, where if they served 25 years they get patch of land from the government.

I’m asking, since it would be hilarious if after 20 years of service you would get plot of land on tatooine and became moisture farmer :)
