Brett’s Casey Anthony theory

I think Brett is spot on with what happened to Caylee. I’ve never felt all the pieces fall into place like i did when listening to part 7. A giant, Casey Anthony sized weight has been lifted off my soul. I still want her to face justice in some way but I don’t need to obsess over answers.

I felt uneasy about the blame Brett and Alice placed on the jurors. Whose job is it to make sure jurors understand the law? I feel like I’ve read the judge plays that role somewhat. I know the jury selection process is tedious but it seems like selecting people who know or can be taught what the law expects of them might help. Like a pop quiz or two? These are just people plucked out of the population. If they were properly informed, I can’t imagine all 12 of them would have agreed so quickly.
