how much should i be eating

hi i am 13 years old 60kg male and I did go on a weight loss before because I thought it was ok and I wanted to, but now I am not reading that I was not safe for me to. but now I do not know how much I should be consuming and how much calories I should be taking in. i usually just eat all three meals plenty especially dinner and I also so snack sometimes although they are fruits or smoothy but I do eat pastery and cakes if my mum do bake them. i read that you need to eat until you are fully satisfied so I do so but even if I do most the times I eat at night again since I am hungry. i think I should stop doing this and think about what I eat and not just what I feel. I'm asking this here because I know a lot of people have healthy lifestyles
