Does anyone else think that Simon is neglected by Linda?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I’m rewatching season 1 and noticed this thing that every time Simon is with Linda and Sara, it always looks like the focus is always on taking care of Sara or consoling Linda after they had some sort of fight. It’s like he is constantly taking care of both of them even though he’s literally the youngest person in the house. I don’t really blame Sara for this because she’s a kid too. But Linda doesn’t really treat him like a kid. I really liked Linda at first but after all the rewatches I think she unintentionally neglects Simon.
