If negations would be so much easier under Harris than Trump why is the purple book going to impass?

I know it's "confidential" but those are the reports. That the FAA is offering basically nothing, almost literally nothing, in terms of extra pay for the purple book currently being negotiated.

Even NATCA brass knows this is unacceptable and is about to go down the impasse-mediation-arbitration route.

So what's the difference between Biden (Harris) or Trump for the slate book? They had 9 months to finish the purple book and couldn't get done any article of value to us. Why do they think it would be any different with the slate book?

They can say they are scared of the E.O.'s but there is debate on the legality of those being implemented again, and if they would even apply to us if they do.
