BJJ in Seattle?

Hi there,

I'm a new student at the University of Washington and I'd like to get back into BJJ. I was wondering if anyone knew any good schools around the area. Ideally, it's close to UW and also has striking classes. Cheaper is better, obviously, but I'm well aware that it's not a particularly cheap hobby and I don't want to compromise on quality too much. So far I'm looking at Mat Chess MMA, but I want to know if there are any better options (or if there's a reason to avoid Mat Chess).
