Guide for using the tapes?

I have the tapes and the pdf materials explaining them.

However. I am struggling to find a clear guide on the step by step process of what to do and am seeking the knowledge of those before me ti see if anyone has an easy routine to mimic for my own practice.

I listened to the first tape yesterday and had a profound experience and am really now interested in practicing this as a new hobby. Like weightlifting , sometimes asking the meat heads at the gym for a routine is easier than deciphering all the materials on how to get fit.

Would anyone have an ELI5 of the essay instructions to guide through the tapes?

I have the mix mash of materials posted on the sub here and have only practiced 2 tapes for first time yesterday and no other guidance beyond this sub of a personal trainer type situation of how to get into gateway brain shape for dummies if you will. Gracias!
