Who was right Mark or Arizona?

Im rewatching the musical episode and i got to the point where Arizona and Mark are arguing about what to do with callie to save her or the baby.

First i hate Arizona so much because she was worrying so much about a baby that she didn’t want, and wasnt even hers. The same baby being carried by the women who was willing to move to Africa to be with her, but she made her stay behind like wtf? Not to even mention how Arizona ruined their family by cheating on her loving wife and using her trauma as an excuse?

Then Arizona continuously call mark a sperm donor but felt a way when he called her nothing. SHE EVEN GOT HER FATHER TO CALL MARK A SPERM DONOR???

Besides that back to the main topic i think Arizona was in the wrong by only worrying about the baby and not about callie living, she was willing to risk callies life to save the baby, meanwhile mark was thinking the proper way trying to save callies life because they can make another baby which leads me to the conclusion that Arizona is just a jealous witch. Sorry not Sorry
