Please Help!!

This is my friends aloe Vera. She’s come to me for advice as I keep a lot of plants myself and somewhat know enough knowledge to keep them alive and happy. However, I’ve been fortunate to never have any infestation with bugs so I don’t really know how to help her on this one and she’s completely lost on what to do. Would anyone be able to identify and give some advice on how to stop them spreading to the rest of the plant?
