Storm ult should be nerfed or should have counterplay

the ult damage or anything like that is fine, but there’s no counterplay just press q and she appears like jeff.

theres only a small window to stun her but clever storm mains ult behind cover.

and also while ulting we can’t damage her nor stun her so she does her damage risk free.
