I have 8k of credit debt and need help

So I'm 21 yrs old , I work a sales job that brings me in roughly around 5k-6k a month as my lowest. I got into a relationship in 2023 and racked up a lot of credit card debt from trips and everything. Truthfully I suck at financial literacy. But I want to pay this down to at least 1k across all 4 credit cards.

How can I pay this off within this year? I need a new car and want my motorcycle soon and want to make sure I am financially able to do so

I have $312 in my savings My rent is $825 Utilities $60 Phone bill $200 My mom pays my insurance and I have no car note.

Edit: forgot to mention I was payin around $442 every two weeks for after pay. But outside of that my money kinda just goes everywhere. I pay for everything for and and hair as far as outside expenses.
