Hiding cuts in warm weather

After almost 4 years, I relapsed and I am beyond disappointed in myself. However, I’m more anxious about people finding out - especially when it is warm outside. My job requires me to primarily be outdoors for majority of the day and I don’t want to overheat while wearing long sleeves. Is there anything else I can do?? I am so stressed.
