5800X3D with IS-55 thermal throttling.
Ok the spec sheet it says that the IS-55 is good for 150W tdp CPU's my undervolted 5800X3D is thermal throttling down to 3.8 GHz when I'm gaming and it stays at 91c during any heavy task.
