14M-14F Is there something not right with me?

Is there something wrong with me? People like me that I think are pretty, but I just can't seem to find a reason to date. I would date, but then when I get asked to, I always say no, even if I like them. I don't understand the concept and point of love. I am 14m which most likely makes a difference and I have gone through puberty. I don't have any disorders or mental issues I'm aware of, I'm just clueless.
