Need help finding this Asian movie

So my friend needs help finding this Asian movie she watch Ed as a kid… she’s not sure which country it’s from exactly but just knows it’s Asian.

She remembers one scene where the kids in a bus are on an interstates with a semi in front of them. A girl drops her pencil and the girl goes to grab it but as she does this like steal beam falls off the semi and severs the bus in half horizontally decapitating everyone but her on the bus. And bus keeps movie down the highway.
