Name suggestions?

Im thinking of getting two rats. Is this cage alright? I assume that its a bit too small and that the bars are a bit to far appart, but i still need to check here. If its not suitable, what are some other affordable good cages?

Is this cage safe? I bought this cage secondhand only to find out the bar spacing was too wide. Used metal wire and ty-wraps to make it “safer” but im scared my baby rats will still try to climb through and potentially get hurt on some edges.

Escaped rat. She’s my most social and yet after searching for over 2 hours and making plenty of noise she never appeared, I closed off all the bedrooms and put a cup of water and 5 pieces of a treat in each. What are the chances a young/small rat would climb down the stairs? And what else can I do?
